We hired Tammy because of her wealth of experience & her business savvy.  Those qualities ended up being crucial in our sale.  Tammy put together a great website & presented our house from it's best angle.  She advised us with good strategies as to how to market the house to try & get the most value quickly.

We were moving across the country, & doing so with some time constraints due to work.  The process started about as well as one could hope, with a quick visit & an offer at asking price.  It looked to us like it was settled.  Then, for reasons out of our control, the transaction fell through.

In our situation, moving across the country with young children, we started to feel a good deal of stress when the next few visits didn't result in an offer.  Tammy stayed calm, & was decisive & strategic.  Eventually another buyer came along, & Tammy was excellent in negotiations.  She made sure we got good value although we were pressured for time, & she made sure everything was properly worked out, including the details of the deal.
